Nora blends advanced anatomical understanding with slow, grounded barefoot techniques designed to support nervous system regulation and long-term structural change.Her approach integrates fascial therapy, joint decompression, and neuromuscular retraining — improving mobility, refining breathing mechanics, and enhancing overall postural function.

Em Pomeroy
Massage Therapist

Em is a Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly a decade of experience specializing in medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial treatment. After completing more than 1,000 hours of education at the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle, they pursued advanced training in intraoral massage, earning an endorsement in the treatment of TMJ dysfunction.Their approach integrates neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial therapy, sports massage, scar tissue management, lymphatic facilitation, and intraoral treatment to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve postural function. Em has extensive experience working with clients experiencing TMJ disorders, chronic headaches and migraines, postural dysfunction, and movement restrictions.
